Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of  www.caseygregg.com  (the "Site") and any related inquiries, booking requests, and services provided by Casey Gregg ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

- Use the Site for unlawful purposes

- Attempt to disrupt or compromise Site security

- Copy, scrape, or misuse Site content without permission

- Submit false or misleading information through forms

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and downloadable materials) is owned by or licensed to Casey Gregg and is protected by intellectual property laws.

- You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Booking Requests and Event Engagements

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability or confirm an engagement.

- Discovery calls: We may schedule a discovery call to understand your audience, goals, and event requirements.

- Scope and fees: Final scope, deliverables, travel requirements, and fees (if applicable) will be confirmed in a separate written agreement.

- Event details: You are responsible for providing accurate event details and timely communication.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment terms, deposits, refunds, and cancellation policies may vary by engagement and will be outlined in a separate written agreement.

- No refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made in writing as soon as possible. Approval is subject to availability and may require additional fees.

- Cancellation: If you cancel an engagement, you may remain responsible for agreed fees and any non-recoverable costs (including travel) as outlined in the separate written agreement.

- Travel and lodging: If travel is required, you are responsible for travel and lodging costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Mentorship Programs

If you engage in mentorship services, additional terms may apply and may be provided in a separate agreement.

- Mentorship is intended to support personal development, accountability, and decision-making.

- You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools for scheduling, forms, email/SMS, analytics, and payment processing. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casey Gregg will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

- Your use of (or inability to use) the Site

- Any errors or omissions in Site content

- Any engagement, mentorship, or outcomes related to our services

If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casey Gregg from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the latest version.
